SHIPPING POLICY - Sidham Perfumes

Orders placed to at www.sidhamperfumes.com will be shipped within 24 to 48 hrs. (Does not include public holidays and Sundays).

The shipping charge, as may be applicable will be visible to you in the cart and on the checkout page.

In case of return or cancellation of the product or the order, the shipping charges are not refundable. It will be the discretion of the company i.e. M/s Sidham Perfumes to initiate any refund/return of the product. In that case, Return shipping/ handling charges shall be applicable.

The company is only liable to get the product delivered. M/s Sidham Perfumes shall not be liable for any products damaged during the shipping.

The shipping charges can be modified by Sidham Perfumes at any point without prior intimation. The new charges would reflect on the checkout page.

Estimated Delivery Time

The delivery time would be within 4 to 15 business days of shipping business days ( Excluding Sundays and other holidays). ( Depending on the location. )

The delivery date displayed while placing the order i.e., on the Product Details, Cart, Checkout and Order Confirmation page and in the order confirmation email are tentative. It may change once the order is shipped.

Sidham Perfume always tries to deliver the products as per the Estimated Delivery Date communicated as above, however, at times there might be unexpected delays in the delivery of your order due to unavoidable and undetermined logistics challenges beyond our control for which Sidham perfume is not liable and would request its users to cooperate. Sidham Perfumes team is always dedicated to resolve such instances. Also, Sidham perfume reserves the right to cancel your order at its sole discretion in cases where it takes longer than usual delivery time or the shipment is physically untraceable and refund the amount paid for cancelled product(s) through the channel it was paid.

Address / Products / Changes

Please note, Once your order has been placed, We are unable to combine other orders or change the items or edit your billing and shipping details.
Also it will not be possible to add pieces to your existing order, once your order has been placed.

Cancellation policy

If you wish to cancel your order, then you’re required to inform Sidham Perfumes through email about your cancellation within 24 hour from the time of order being placed. The same may be accepted, after deduction of handling charges, provided the product has not been shipped yet.

Extra Charges (Taxes etc.)

You will get the final price during check out. Prices of all products are inclusive of all the taxes however, the shipping charges are calculated at checkout.

Tracking Packages

We will mail you the name of the courier company and the tracking id of your consignment to your registered email address. In case you do not receive a mail from us within 24hrs of placing an order please check your spam folder. Tracking may not appear online for up to another 24 hours in some cases, so please wait until your package is scanned by the courier company. The client will need to file the claim directly with the courier company for late or damaged product recieved. the company will try to assist you during the claim, in its best possible manner.
Your order will be processed and accepted by us, we will send you a confirmation email & shipping details.

Non-availability on Delivery

Please provide your mobile number in the delivery address as it will help in making a faster delivery. Our delivery partners will attempt to deliver the package twice before it is returned back. The delivery return charges shall be charged from the Client directly.

Shipping time may increase for third party Orders or Shipments.
